An exciting opportunity for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor has arisen at one of the North East's longest established law firms to join their highly reputable and busy Corporate/Commercial department. Our client works on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters with a varied client base with backgrounds in e-commerce, IT, engineering and manufacturing for professional services, property, and retail. This opportunity would be ideal for a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor in the North East region who is maybe part of a larger team, top heavy team as with this opportunity doors to Associateship and beyond are absolutely open. This opportunity is based in our clients Newcastle upon Tyne office.

The Role
-As a Corporate/Commercial Solicitor you will be advising on issues such as acquisitions, mergers, disposals, business start-up, corporate finance, shareholder and partnership issues and more. The firm conduct their matters by getting to know their clients, priding themselves in building strong relationships with clients and businesses.

-You will have a lot of hands on control with clients and regularly be meeting them and advising them time and time again. In which case this is a very client facing role and so should stand out to those that enjoy close client contact with business Directors.
