Central London firm is hiring!
The role is to undertake general commercial property fee earning work, acting for a wide range of clients including household names in the various sectors including retail, investors, funders and developers.
- Acquisitions and disposals.
- Commercial sale and purchase agreements.
- Landlord and Tenant drafting to include: Agreements for Lease. Leases. Licences to Assign, Alter and Underlet. Rent Deposit Deeds. Deeds of Surrender and Deeds of Assignment.
- 1954 Act.
- Experience of development agreements would be advantageous, but not a pre-requisite.
