Commercial Property Solicitor
Thriving Staffordshire practice seeks experienced Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team. The firm offers flexible and remote working and can offer the position on either a full time or part time basis.
You will handle a varied and stimulating commercial property caseload appropriate for an experienced Solicitor. The caseload will include acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, secured lending, option agreements, overage deeds, and a limited amount of high end residential work.
The firm can offer the position on either an employed basis or alternatively on a fee share consultancy basis.
If offered on an employed basis the salary is expected to be in the region of £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience.
