Job Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the corporate commercial team of a leading UK law firm in London. The role will involve a broad range of corporate and commercial matters focusing on the Healthcare sector. The position is varied and will cover: (i) general commercial contracts, (ii) public procurement, (iii) corporate governance, (iv) public law, (v) a wide range of corporate transactions (start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations), and (vi) intellectual property, technology, data, and information matters.
The successful candidate will be England & Wales qualified and have 0-3 years of post-qualification experience gained at a well-established law firm in the UK. Previous experience or a desire to work with the Healthcare sector is essential for this role. The role requires an excellent academic background and good written and oral communication skills.
