We have a fantastic opportunity at a well-established national firm with offices across the UK for a Senior Family Solicitor to manage a varied caseload (including high net worth and complex cases) whilst acting as a Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking all aspects of Leadership and day to day management for a small team of Fee earners you will be responsible for mentoring, supporting and developing them to deliver exceptional client care and quality legal work, as well as running your own successful caseload.

You will ensure that both you and your team are compliant with Company Polices as well as exceed the requirements of external regulators.

The role would suit an experienced Senior Family Solicitor who is looking for the next level of progression in their career. You will be expected to get involved with all areas that make a successful team i.e. business development, supervision, training, etc.

The successful candidate must have excellent technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of work, realistically having a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, managing a full caseload from start to finish.

Key requirements:

• A qualified and experienced Solicitor (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive)
• Previous supervisory experience
• Previous experience in advocacy would be beneficial in this role
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm, organised and determined in order to help the department continue to service its clients in a highly professional manner
