The role:

Opportunity for a dynamic Corporate Solicitor Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE to join one of the best corporate teams operating out of the regions in Reading.

You will work across a broad range of corporate transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments and joint ventures, restructures and public company work.

Requirements:

· Corporate Solicitor 3+ years PQE with experience in a quality corporate practice
