Employment Senior Associate (Part-Time)

This major international law firm has a new part time opening for an employment lawyer who is likely to have minimum 4 years pqe. The position will job share with a senior employment lawyer. Candidates will have excellent pqe gained at a leading practice and demonstrate extensive exposure to varied and complex employment disputes and transactional work. They must have the ability to provide advice on challenging employment law and HR issues and manage legal risk for employers. Proven track record with matters involving senior employees and stakeholders, business restructures and strategic advice is essential. This is a job share so requires a natural team player with excellent communication skills.
