Property Litigation Senior Associate/Partner

Are you a senior level Property litigation Solicitor looking to take that step up to Partnership? Or do you fancy a new challenge and want to join a leading law firm, continuing to be at Partner level?

This forward-thinking Southampton-based Legal 200 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Partner or Senior Associate to join its successful Property Litigation department. You will be leading and managing a team, as well as advising clients on a wide range of matters including landlord and tenant (e.g., 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations, and break notices) and general property issues (adverse possession, easements, and title disputes), rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.

Management/supervision experience is essential for this role. You will also have a strong reputation in the area, together with sound technical and procedural knowledge.
