JOB TITLE: Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Lawyer
EXPERIENCE: 2+
LOCATION: County Durham
SALARY: up to £40,000 DOE
THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lawyer to manage their own caseload of both Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters. The caseload will include a broad range of matters to include, but not limited to, road traffic accidents, employers’ liability, public liability, CICA claims, dental negligence claims, hospital negligence claims and cosmetic surgery compensation claims. The appointed Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Lawyer will be expected to deal with fast-track portal claims as well as complex matters. The successful applicant will have the opportunity join a team of highly successful Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Lawyers. This role will see the successful Lawyer dealing with all aspects of running the caseload from initial instruction through to court proceedings.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives who have at least 2 years’ existing experience of handling Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters. The successful Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Lawyer must be passionate about assisting with the growth of this busy department and keen to develop their career with this thriving firm.
