The Role…

The firm is seeking an ambitious Banking & Finance Associate to join their Tier 1 team based in Guildford.

You will be working alongside 12 fee earners, support staff and partners. The ideal candidate will have at least some experience in banking and finance work, including refinancing, acquisition finance, real estate finance, restructuring, intercreditor issues and general banking/security work.

In this role you will get the opportunity to work alongside "mid-tier" clients with a value range between £5 - £50 million. This will include Banks, Mid-Tier businesses, household names, HNW Clients, and Major International Groups.

Requirements

• 1-5 year PQE, with experience in Banking & Finance.
• An appetite for Business Development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are crucial.
• Ability to run a caseload with minimum supervision.
• A strong academic background is preferable.
