The reputable Commercial Litigation department houses a variety of excellent quality lawyers who have joined from highly regarded City and West End law firms. The firm counts private and public organisations, household names and HNW individuals and more amongst their established and loyal client base.

The Commercial Litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Contract Disputes, Shareholder disputes, insolvency, mediation, professional indemnity, Fraud, licencing disputes, Franchise disputes & assisting on more complex matters.
