A leading UK law firm which specialises in many different practice areas is seeking an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join their Corporate team based in West midlands. Clients range from private individuals and owner managed businesses to multi-national corporations, public companies, professional partnerships, banks and financial institutions.

The successful Corporate Lawyer will:

• Work within a busy team advising businesses of all sizes as well as management teams, shareholders, investors and lenders.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience and a demonstrable interest in Corporate Law
• Strong academic background
• Able to work well in a team
