Job Details
A fantastic firm located in South Manchester are looking to take on a Commercial/IP Litigation Paralegal on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious graduate who wants to carve a path towards being recognised in their chosen field. This team specialises in commercial, intellectual property work, both contentious and non-contentious across multiple industries.
You will assist with a broad range of corporate and company commercial work including:
* Commercial contracts (general contracts, supply, distribution and franchise agreements, and terms and conditions)
* IP and IT matters
* Technology
* Transactional corporate matters, M&A
* Business planning, support, and compliance
* Regulatory (including eCommerce Regulations)
* Protecting businesses and assets
This is a role for a paralegal with insatiable curiosity and a desire to learn, push boundaries, challenge accepted wisdoms, be creative and inspire others. This is an opportunity to develop skills rapidly and engage with the Keystone ethos. There is no corporate hierarchy, the work is 100% client-focused with an emphasis on quality, and working is flexible and collaborative.
In order to be considered, you must have achieved a 2:1 or higher in your undergraduate degree and a commendation or distinction in the LPC, plus have at least six months' experience as a paralegal.
The salary on offer for this Commercial Litigation Paralegal role is competitive but dependent upon your previous experience.
