Job Details
A regional law firm with offices across Sussex are seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (upwards of 1yr PQE) for their successful residential property department in Eastbourne, East Sussex
Your role as the Residential Conveyancer will be to handle a broad mix of all aspects of residential property matters from instruction through to completion including sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new builds.
You must be a qualified Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 1 year PQE managing your own varied caseload of conveyancing matters.
On offer is a competitive salary/package which is negotiable depending on level of experience together with hybrid/remote working and excellent career prospects. Both full time and part time conveyancers are encouraged to apply.
