Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor - Bristol - NQ to 3 PQE

Our leading UK client is offering the exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with 0-3 years' PQE to join their highly regarded Restructuring and Insolvency team.

The team supports a wide range of clients from financial institutions to insolvency practitioners and turnaround directors. This also provides an excellent opportunity to become part of a specialist team, taking inspiration from experts within their field. The team advise clients at all stages of their insolvency/bankruptcy, focusing on opportunities for a turnaround rescue and managing formal insolvency procedures.

You will be involved in a variety of work including restructurings, insolvency procedures, company voluntary agreements, and bankruptcy and liquidation. You will also be expected to lend support across a range of matters such as Board advisory work, transactions, specialist insolvency regimes for Investment Banks, and the design and delivery of training to their clients and internal teams. The role will include working with the entire team in order to gain hands on experience and develop your career further.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have either gained relevant experience during their training contract, or in a similar role with up to 3 years' PQE.
