JOB TITLE: Experienced Residential Conveyancer
EXPERIENCE: 4+ PQE
LOCATION: Stockton-on-Tees
SALARY: up to c£45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? Our client is currently looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to assist the Conveyancing Partner with the day-to-day running of the team and assist in the decision making to take the team to the next level. The successful Conveyancer will be responsible for their own busy caseload of Conveyancing matters with the support of various secretaries and other support staff. The files will be at various stages of progression and it is likely that there will be some exchanges and completions during this period.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives who have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. Prior experience of manging a team would be advantageous but is by no means essential. The ideal candidate will be able to work under minimal supervision but equally be a team player, at all times sharing knowledge and best practice with the wider team.
