Our client, an established legal practice in Northampton, is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/ legal executive to join their team on a long term basis.
Your New Role
The role will entail managing a full caseload of Commercial Property matters dealing will aspects of buying, selling and letting of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals.
About You
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will;
- Have a wealth of experience in a wide range of Commercial Property matters, and a strong knowledge of the business property market
- Be available to start as soon as possible, or at short notice
