This excellent firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer for their Bournemouth office on the beautiful Dorset Coast...
This is a role welcoming newly qualified solicitors who would like to work alongside a brilliant team of conveyancers and learn from their expertise. The ideal candidate will already have knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish and be fully IT literate with a working knowledge of accounts and case management systems.
Some experience of working independently would be desirable however as this is a role for NQ solicitors, full support will be provided in a collegiate environment.
You will be expected to handle a wide and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, remortgages, dealing with both freehold and leasehold (including shared ownership properties), new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, assents, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.
This is a great firm with an excellent reputation looking to develop their Residential Property department with a new experienced Residential Conveyancer who can support and expand existing and future prospects.
