Locum Education/SEN Lawyer

Fully remote working contract
£45 - 50 per hour umbrella
Part-Time (3 days per week)
Panoramic Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Education Lawyer to assist a large Local Authority based in the South East on a fully remote working basis.
This position will be for 3 months initially to assist the department with an influx of SEN work, therefore it is likely that the contract will be extended for a further 3 months beyond this initial period should the workload continue to be busy.
As an authority, they are very keen to secure someone with a strong understanding of SEN law and past experience advising schools, academies and universities on SEN matters including tribunals. Additionally, there is opportunity to advise on more general education law matters including policy, admission and exclusion appeals.
