Commercial Property Solicitor , Salisbury
This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious commercial property solicitor to join to a high profile team with a national client base.
You’ll have the chance to learn alongside well known partners and associates and you will advise on many different areas of commercial property work notably acquisitions and disposal of properties on behalf of regional and national retailers.
You should be at NQ-4 PQE and have trained and gained in a comparable city or large regional firm.
Knowledge and experience of landlord and tenant, freehold sale and purchases, acquisitions and disposals and general commercial property work is essential to this role.
Candidates should be commercially focused and pragmatic in their approach. The ability to work as part of a team and deliver excellent client service is also essential.
This role offers a great opportunity for immediate exposure to high quality work with outstanding fee earners and the ability to fulfil career aspirations at a progressive law firm.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Salisbury area.
