The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to join their team in Northamptonshire as a Team leader for their growing department.

You will play a pivotal role working on a varied caseload meanwhile supporting the junior members of the team to ensure future success. The department have recently had one of their busiest months to date, so there is large existing caseload.

You should have some form of management experience and you will actively manage performance and how work is processed.
They are looking for a motivated and experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor to manage their own varied caseload including: buying & selling, transfer of equity, mortgages and remortgages and tenancy agreements.

Requirements

• You will be a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Fee Earner with at least 4 years' experience
• You will have previous Team Leader or Management experience
• Previous experience of managing your own caseload
• Excellent communication skills
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
