Job Details
My client is a leading Legal 200 law firm based in Southampton with a great reputation and has a proven track record for success. They are looking to grow their successful Commercial Litigation team with a Newly Qualified Solicitor where you will get the support and development needed to progress your career.
As a NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will have the autonomy to run your own files as well as assist on more complex matters. You'll provide expert advice on all aspects of commercial litigation, acting on areas such as general contractual, commercial, and agency disputes, professional negligence cases, IP disputes, and contentious probate disputes. Business development is also a requirement for this role.
Your role as a NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor will involve:
- A clear career path from the outset
- A variety of high net worth clients acting for businesses, organisations, and individuals
- Being active in business development, in gaining new clients, and growing your own caseload
