Private Client Lawyer - Lymington

Our client is looking to recruit a newly qualified Private Client Solicitor to join their experienced and specialist team in Lymington.

The team are committed to providing their clients with an exceptional service, focusing on understanding the client's business, objectives, and what motivates them. You will receive training from nationally respected lawyers whilst having the opportunity to gain hands on experience across a broad and diverse workload, advising high value and sophisticated clients. The role will consist of taking instructions and preparation of Wills, Declarations of Trust, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates, succession planning, capital gains tax mitigation, inheritance tax and administration. With the potential to generate work both internally and externally, our client offers the opportunity to assist with the development of new client relationships as well as the existing caseload.

To be considered for this role, you need to be a newly qualified solicitor, with a keen interest in Private Wealth. Being proactive and team focused with the determination to progress further within a successful Private Wealth team is required. The team takes an imaginative approach to solutions, therefore, being creative and open minded is also important.
