JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
PQE: 12m+ relevant experience

THE ROLE:
Our client is a progressive and forward-thinking practice who are committed to providing a high level of service to all clients. They are currently looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal into their busy property department. The successful Residential Property Paralegal will be supporting Solicitors and Lawyers on a number of matters, acting on a wide range of sales and purchase transactions across freehold and leasehold properties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm who are highly client focussed and ensure that their team are well supported in order to achieve their full potential.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancing Paralegals with a proven track record in this area of law gained over at least the last 12 months. You will be looking for a new opportunity where you can further develop their skills and experience. Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated, you will be looking for a role where you will be developed and mentored throughout your time with the firm.
