Legal Counsel

A dynamic and fast-growing logistics company within the pharmaceutical sector is seeking an in-house legal counsel lawyer to handle its UK-based operation.

This role would suit a fully qualified UK solicitor with around 5 years' PQE along with established in-house experience who is able to demonstrate a broad range of expertise that should cover general commercial law, including commercial contracts, leases, insurance, litigation and IP. You will have experience within the relevant industries of the logistics/supply chain sectors, or possibly the pharmaceuticals sector, and it would be advantageous if you had French, German and/or Dutch language skills. As there will be travel to the client's various sites, a full driving license is required. Reporting into the Legal Director, the role will see you work closely with the business with direct and close interaction with a number of European and international jurisdictions. You can expect a market rate salary and full benefits that will include a car allowance and bonus scheme. This is an urgent requirement for our client, therefore if you are immediately available or on short notice, this would be an advantage.
