Job Details
A great opening with an established law firm in Leicester for a Senior Commercial Property lawyer looking for a long term opportunity with prospects.
The firm is known for offering an efficient, commercially-minded conveyancing service for all types of commercial property transactions, including:
- Sale and purchase of freehold properties
- Acquisition and disposal of leasehold premises
- Tenancy agreements and shorthold agreements
- Commercial mortgages and re-mortgages
- Grant of new Lease
- Assignment of existing leases
- Sale and purchase of small businesses
They are looking to recruit a Solicitor or FCILEx ideally with at least 5 years post qualification experience who is used to advising a range of commercial clients on all aspects of Commercial Property.
The firm has a flexible approach to working and can accommodate home working or office based.
