A London practice requires a property litigator, and will consider solicitors from 4 yrs PQE up
The role will involve dealing with all aspects of property litigation including but not exclusively advising on contentious issues in land transactions; commercial landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, rent reviews, forfeiture and the enforcement of covenants, acting for both tenants and landlords.
There is an excellent career path for progression for the right candidate. Academics must be of a high standard as well as a good London or respected regional training contract with previous experience gained at a recognised firm.
