JOB ROLE: Real Estate Fee Earner
LOCATION: Lincolnshire
SALARY: £20,000 to £40,000 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
Looking for a change? An exciting new opportunity has become available for a Real Estate Fee Earner to provide legal advice to a range of clients which will include the negotiation and drafting of documentation. The appointed Real Estate Fee Earner will be expected to deal with a varied caseload of commercial property matters to include, but not limited to, landlord and tenant matters, development, and investment matters as well as general commercial property matters. You will be working under the direction of a Partner/Associate and will be expected to assist in elements of the working being handled by the Partner/Associate. You will be required to meet agreed targets for chargeable time and fee income generated.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from experienced Fee Earners who will have a sound knowledge of Commercial Property with a strong desire to learn and widen their knowledge in this area of law. You will have the ability to act independently to a reasonably high level, but also be able to work with more experienced Partners, Associates and Fee Earners on more complex and specialised matters as required.
