Corporate Commercial Associate 2 years+ PQE Cambridge

This exceptional firm has a new opening to suit a talented commercial / corporate lawyer looking for something a little different.

Our client has a leading reputation for corporate and commercial law and is home to a specialist team which works particularly well with entrepreneurial start ups, investors, VC backed enterprises and aspiring UP rich businesses. The team handles high quality work including early stage seed and VC fundraising and related company law matters.

Due to increasing demand, the partners are keen to appoint an ambitious associate with a minimum of 2 years experience in corporate and/.or commercial law. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local East Anglia / Cambridge market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the region from another centre or London.

With at least 2 years pqe gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of leading on good sized transactions. The firm is incredibly agile, flexible and team led and will work closely with you to take your career and experience to the next level.
