Commercial Property Locum Lawyer
A incredibly well-established and well-regarded firm based in Kent are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Locum Lawyer to join their team for a period of 3 weeks.
The firm is searching for applicants with an experienced and focused background in Commercial Property. Further details are outlined below:
Key Duties:
- The successful Commercial Property Locum must be able to handle all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals
- Dealing with landlord and tenant matters along with all asset management matters
- Able to work on lease and license matters
Job Details:
- Fully office based
- 3 week role
- Full time
- This role is to start as soon as possible
- Must have at least 3 years PQE
- The successful applicant must be competent with IT systems
