Job Details
Chadwick Nott are recruiting for a Property Solicitor to act for Local Government and Social Housing clients for a National law firm.
Our client is a specialist law firm with a clear purpose - to improve lives, communities and society. In this role, you will manage a variety of matters such as acquisitions of affordable housing and JV projects, landlord and tenant and asset management, development and regeneration schemes and deeds of easements, licences and deeds of variations. The team is highly rated for this area of work and you will gain exposure to excellent quality matters.
We are keen to hear from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property work. Any experience of social housing and local government clients would be desirable.
