Fast growing and widely recognized law firm in Cheshire has an opportunity for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career.

Its Civil Litigation department has grown rapidly over recent months, in line with wider business needs and a constant influx of new instructions from clients. The Civil Litigation team deals with an array of claims, both pre-litigated and litigated, from instruction through to completion.

Your new role as Multi Track Litigation Solicitor will see you take responsibility for overseeing the performance of the team relating to multi track claims, files are predominantly multi track matters overall, requiring a high-quality specialist approach and similarly high standard of client care.

You will ideally be an experienced Solicitor looking to utilize your skill set and further enhance your career within a rewarding and driven law firm. You'll come from a fee earning background and have a solid understanding of how Multi Track Civil Litigation claims are processed & have seen claims through their full life cycle. Litigation experience is required as the work that the team deals with is mainly litigated.

You'll be joining a forward-thinking firm, which has a sound reputation in the legal market and is going from strength to strength! You'll be supported by department managers and Partners in the firm to reach your full potential. 

On offer is a competitive market leading salary, commensurate with previous experience, guideline of circa £45k.
