Litigation Solicitor
A law firm with established roots in the South West require a property litigation solicitor to join their litigation department in East Somerset.
The Firm
A long standing traditional private practice providing legal services to clients across the South West. The firm employs many talented lawyers attracting very good quality work.
The Role
The litigation solicitor will work in the firm's litigation department dealing with boundary disputes, landlord and tenant issues, consumer contract disputes, commercial contract disputes, partnership disagreements and debt recovery. The Litigation solicitor will be responsible for a full and varied case load.
The Candidate
As a litigation solicitor you will be ambitious, confident, and enthusiastic about business development. A minimum of 1 year PQE.
