WORK: The work within the firm is of the highest quality and you will be acting for borrowers as well as banks, building societies, companies and multi-national corporations. Working with a 30 strong team the department covers a wide range of expertise including corporate banking, asset finance, property finance, acquisition finance, project finance, insolvency, securitisations and mortgage portfolio sales, derivatives and debt capital markets and restructuring. Transaction sizes vary from £1 million to £1 billion.
