A firm with offices across England and Wales are looking for a newly qualified up to 3 years post qualified experienced real estate lawyer to join their exceptional team based in their Worcester offices. This truly is an exciting opportunity for a lawyer who wishes to make a move into a department that continues to go from strength to strength.

You will have a strong grounding in Commercial Property and will be able to add value to the team on a range of issues across the breadth of Commercial Property including:

• Property Development
• Landlord and Tenant
• Planning Issues
• Construction
• Funding of Development Sites
• Conditional Sale Agreements
• Option Agreements
• Overarching Sale Agreements

You will be continuously encouraged to develop opportunities for referral work across the business and actively participate in business development and social events on behalf of the firm. You will also be supported with further legal skills, development and learning to achieve the legal career you want.
