Job Details
Exciting new opportunity for a specialist property litigation lawyer to join this progressive Hertfordshire firm.
Joining this friendly, partner led property litigation team you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers. The quality of work is very good, being drawn locally and from London.
Whilst a minimum of 2-3 years' experience would be expected, there is some flexibility and the firm is interested to speak to more experienced lawyers at senior associate level or equivalent. In addition you will have relevant background in property litigation gained with another recognised regional or national firm.
This is an excellent role with a firm able to offer a diet of interesting work from day one as well as a strong career progression path and highly competitive remuneration.
