Our client, a national practice with a progressive and entrepreneurial vision, coupled with a client-focused approach is seeking to recruit a junior solicitor with banking experience to join their growing banking offering in their vibrant Southampton office. This is an exciting role for someone who is either a pure banking solicitor or for someone who has dipped their toes in the area and keen to progress further in the discipline. Those with top transactional experience would thrive well in the role.

The role will involve assisting on a broad range of rewarding banking work and at the junior level you will get the chance to support Partners and grow your own caseload on:

You will be involved in a wide range of work, to include acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions, supporting our client's corporate team with MBOs and private equity transactions and supporting their R&I team on restructurings - a big variety of interesting deals. You will have excellent opportunities for client contact and good quality work.
