Housing Litigation Lawyer – 3 months ongoing – Local Authority

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a busy Local Authority in London, who are known for their excellent team culture, who are recruiting for a Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their busy department.

This is a full-time assignment (35 hours), with initially 3 months being offered. Office presence will be required in the future, this local authority is looking to return fully back into the office.

This position is currently fully remote, the local authority will however require candidates to be able to provide office presence down the line as they will need to be able to attend Court and have access to the office.

The successful candidate will undertake a varied caseload covering:

• Predominantly housing experience,
• ASBs,
• Possession
• Disrepair

Prosecutions experience is ideally required along with general civil litigation.

The rate is between £35 and £40 per hour umbrella for this position, dependent upon experience.
