Newly Qualified Clinical negligence solicitor sought for well established specialist team in leading firm

This clinical negligence department, in a legal500 firm, is very well regarded and is home to a number of leading names in the industry. They are now looking for an additional newly qualified solicitor to join their team. You will be supporting a senior fee earners while developing your own clinical negligence case load


Role
You will working alongside a Partner and Senior Associate, supporting them with a mixed caseload of clinical negligence cases of varying complexity. You'll also play a part in working with the team on business development and marketing initiatives


Key skills
In order to be considered, you will have to :
* be a qualified solicitor, or
* close to qualification, and have completed a seat in clinical negligence during your training contract
* have experience of working on clinical negligence cases
* Have assisted on higher value claims while running your own caseload
* be willing to be involved with marketing and business development initiatives
