Our Litigation and Review Team conducts litigation on behalf of the Commission: 40-50 cases per year in a range of Courts and Tribunals.
This role is for an experienced litigation lawyer. You will be expected to deal independently with Commission litigation matters to include advising, drafting legal documents and representing the Commission at First Tier Tribunal hearings/appeals and to represent the Commission, where possible, at High Court hearings.
The Litigation team is busy and influential- you will be juggling a large number of varied and interesting cases and you will be in a wider Directorate of around 20 legal professional colleagues.
