A long established firm of solicitors based in Merseyside are seeking to recruit into their Employers Liability and Public Liability team.
The firm are a Legal 500 practice as well as being Lexcel accredited and are highly regarded in this field of law and the firm prides itself on its training and investment in its staff.
The role is to handle your own caseload of litigated EL/PL matters with an emphasis on fast track files. You should have experience of managing your own litigated caseload and be familiar with case management systems.
