Non Contentious Construction Solicitor
A Non Contentious Construction Solicitor is required by a leading legal services provider. The role will be based in London. Whilst the firm adopted agile working pre Covid-19 there will be an expectation to be office based a couple days per week.
A national legal service provider climbing the top 75 law firm ranking with long standing clients in both the public and private sector including all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, registered providers, insurers, defence organisations, independent healthcare providers, charities and GP practices. The firm are open to discussions of flexible working.
The firm's national housing and regeneration team carries out a full range of commercial property work including development and construction work for its Registered Provider and Developer clients in public and private sectors.
This role is for a non-contentious construction lawyer (4+ years PQE) to a busy national team. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality and complex work for both public sector and independent sector clients including health and energy sector clients.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded solicitor who can work very closely with clients, provide first class practical advice and who is technically proficient in non-contentious construction work.
The role will involve responsibility for your own caseload as well as working closely with the Partners and Solicitors of a highly rated Housing & Regeneration team and supporting the partners on business development opportunities.
A genuine interest in growing business from existing clients as well as targeting and attracting new clients is therefore very important. Candidates will be expected to be able to demonstrate at interview that they have:
·Experience of JCT form of contract;
