The Role:
WBW Solicitors has a new and exciting opportunity for a mid-level to senior solicitor with experience in Agricultural matters to join a substantial Southwest wide firm with offices in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
You will need to have a solid background in rural property work, including sales, purchases, refinancing, dealing with transfers for development, succession transfers and agricultural tenancies.
The Candidate:
You should have keen interest in agricultural and rural affairs and be adept at dealing with the farming community and understand the issues that affect them.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for high quality agricultural and rural property work in a firm that values excellent customer service and enjoys a longstanding and loyal rural client base. The ideal candidate will have 5 years PQE property experience including rural property work, excellent technical skills with a `can-do’ and collegiate approach. Experience working in a busy property team and working alongside different legal disciplines basis will be of benefit.
