The Role:

The firm is looking for a commercially-driven Senior Associate to join their respected Real Estate team in Manchester.

The role will focus primarily on asset management and acquisition and disposals, but you will have the opportunity to take on a broader scope of work.

As a senior member of the team, you will work closely with the Partners on strategic and commercial decision making, giving you a high level of influence in key decisions that are made. You will also mentor and support a small team of junior lawyers, which will allow you to develop your leadership ability.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• You will have first-class communication skills
• Be willing to get involved in business development and have the drive to establish a name for yourself
• Able to collaborate with colleagues departmentally and firm-wide
• Comfortable mentoring junior team members
