The Role:

The firm is looking for an Associate to join their Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team in Manchester.

You will undertake a varied caseload that includes investment acquisition and disposals, asset management, and developments (residential & commercial). However, you will have the opportunity to specialise in a specific area if preferred.

Working closely with renowned Partners, you will have a strong platform on which to develop your technical ability and progress your career. From day one, you will have a clear development plan and understanding of what is required to take the next step forward.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor between 1 - 5 years PQE
• Ideally, you will have gained exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property transactions
• Comfortable dealing with clients and developing business
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
