PSL - Project Finance - 6+PQE

A Project Finance Professional Support Lawyer role with an elite firm could be yours!

Our client, a world-renowned firm, are looking for an experienced lawyer who will assist the EIPAF Professional Support Lawyer team in the delivery of the Knowledge Strategy for the Group and implement projects to meet the Group's knowledge needs. The PSL will monitor developments in the legal and business environment, particularly in project finance and related industries to the project finance work areas, in order to keep both the Group and its Clients up to date and identify areas to develop the Firm's reputation and practice; provide legal and practical expertise to support the Group's practice, both through responding to fee earner queries and through the mentoring of junior lawyers; help to create, develop and manage the Group's collection of precedents and research materials; organise and deliver Group training; work with Group members and the Marketing Department to identify opportunities to develop business from new and existing clients; and provide other support as needed.

The individual will ideally have been exposed to transactions involving project finance and project contracts and this role will require the individual to have a working knowledge of these disciplines and be familiar with the documentation and issues in this area.

Essential Experience:

• Sound legal experience in Project Finance in a large law firm or financial institution legal department, including experience of project development contracts in any of the Oil & Gas, Mining, Power or Infrastructure sectors; and
• At least six years' PQE
