Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor An opportunity for a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor in Manchester to join a claimant Clinical Negligence Department of a UK wide law firm. The Role The Clinical Negligence Solicitor will join the claimant Clinical Negligence team and manage a full case load of a multi track complex, high values files. The work will focus on surgical error, brain injuries, birth injuries and complications such as cerebral palsy, injuries, caused by mesh implants, misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis involving cancer. Whilst the role will require supporting less experienced lawyers and mentoring team members with their multi and fast track cases it will require instructing and liaising with case managers and experts, obtaining relevant documents, preparing witness statements,, preparing and participating in Conferences and advocating at hearings and trials. The Candidate A qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 8 years PQE with an excellent understanding of the litigation process with the ability to lead others. Salary to £62,000 including 25 days holiday, pension, healthcare,
