THE ROLE:
Are you a Commercial Solicitor with a genuine interest in the healthcare sector? Are you looking for a supportive and progressive team where you can see your career flourish? An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join the commercial health team of this leading Top 200 practice and undertake a varied caseload ranging from private and public health sector clients. The role will be diverse and you will be gaining exposure to NHS Standard Contracts, mergers and acquisitions of GP practices, corporate governance and large scale procurements.

THE CANDIDATE:
This opportunity would suit a Commercial Solicitor who either has experience dealing with commercial contracts within the healthcare sector or a Commercial Solicitor who has a genuine desire to specialise within this area of law. Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors or Solicitors or Legal Executives up to 7 years PQE. You will have good academics along with a the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, potential clients and colleagues.
