Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor

A leading national law firm based in Manchester city centre is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Senior Associate.

This well-respected firm has an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are looking to recruit an additional grade A Clinical Negligence Solicitor into their highly regarded clinical negligence department.

The department manages the full range of clinical negligence claims, including areas such as birth injuries, cosmetic surgery claims, orthopaedic injury, misdiagnosis/delay in cancer, cerebral palsy, amputations, fatal negligence, neonatal and obstetrics & gynaecology.

You will form part of an established/well-regarded clinical negligence team and will work directly with the head of department. You will likely be a qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor with 7 years+ experience (although those working in a Legal 500 ranked clinical negligence department with 5+yrs PQE will also be considered).

You'll be used to dealing with a caseload of claimant multi track Clinical Negligence files from instruction through to settlement or trial, ideally gained within a Legal 500/recognised firm.  The role will be based in Manchester city centre and offers a competitive salary up to c£60,000 plus a market leading benefits package.
