An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Court Advocate to join a public sector organisation in the East Midlands
Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or equivalent with strong advocacy skills to join them on a locum basis for an anticipated period of up to 6 months.
The successful Court Advocate will be experienced in undertaking advocacy at the magistrate's court and will be able to assist in conducting advocacy for criminal cases including domestic violence and civil applications.
The successful candidate will be required to attend court across the East Midlands.
This position would suit a candidate with a strong background in criminal litigation. Candidates seeking part-time or full-time working hours will be considered.
